Larry Gamst (CPA) has advised corporations and individuals in their strategic planning, operations, financing, succession planning and merger and acquisitions for more than 40 years. During that time, he also led DS&B, a financial and tax advisory firm based in the Twin Cities, that grew significantly under his leadership.
Larry is active as an investor in middle market companies. He has served on numerous boards, and he currently serves as a director of of H2O Innovation, Inc. (TSE-V:HEO), Sielox, Inc., Wellington Home Improvements, and United Hospital Foundation. He also serves on the advisory board of Alerus Financial Corporation (OTCQX:ALRS).
Larry is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in accounting.
